Amsterdam was a great host city and most people enjoyed the rich history, sites of interest and the night life.  The Hotel Pulitzer provided a very quaint yet comfortable venue.

Following is the agenda and speaker presentations.

Reasons for Revenue Leakage in CNP Transactions and Their Prevention

In many cases, revenue leakage can be attributed to bad or fraudulent data generated by online business processes - records that are missing, wrong or consist of stolen information.

PSP's and Online Shops need to ensure they collect the revenues for the services they provide. Plugging revenue leaks - quickly and permanently - represents pure profit.

This session will look into several possibilities to ensure data quality and fraud prevention in Internet CNP transactions.
