The adoption of Chip & PIN has been mandated in Europe for retail merchants. While that does not directly impact card not present merchants, there is concern that card not present merchants may experience increases in fraud as the bad guys look for new ways to use stolen and fraudulent cards. It is important to understand how merchants can prepare for this.
